What to write to us about

• A rate that looks wrong for your city. Please include the city, the purity and the rate your jeweller quoted.
• A question about how the rate or tomorrow's range is worked out.
• A privacy request: to ask what we hold about you, to correct or delete it, or to withdraw consent.
• A complaint about anything on the site, including an ad.

We acknowledge a complaint within 72 hours and aim to resolve it within 30 days. Please put "Grievance" or "Privacy request" in the subject line. If you are not satisfied with our reply to a privacy complaint, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India once it accepts complaints.

Before you write

We cannot tell you whether to buy or sell gold, and we cannot fix a price with a jeweller for you. The about page explains how our numbers are made, and the privacy page explains what we collect.
